Software Engineers participate in every aspect of the software engineering lifecycle including requirements, top-level design, detailed design, implementation, unit testing, integration, system testing, test automation, and product support. They are mentored in wireless and internet technologies and protocols as well as in leading edge software technologies to develop solutions that range from high performance raw data processing applications to highly scalable distributed analytics systems with dynamic user interfaces that provide rich user experiences. |
QUALITY ENGINEER |

Quality Engineers ensure that component level and system level requirements are satisfied. They apply creative problem-solving skills to develop and execute test strategies that leverage test scripts, test cases and test tools. They develop test tools to stress various hardware and software components. They understand the expected system level operation of the hardware/software product and its applications and ensure a quality product delivery. |
PRODUCT SUPPORT ENGINEER |

Product Support Engineers focus on the diagnosis, maintenance, repair, and testing of production software systems running on a variety of platforms. This role handles a wide range of tasks that require excellent information seeking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. Product support work must be completed thoroughly and within acceptable time constraints, which requires strong organizational abilities. Flexibility, team mentality, and a desire to accommodate are also key characteristics for success since this role requires direct interaction with project management staff and off-site Network Operations Center (NOC) staff. |
EMBEDDED SOFTWARE ENGINEER |

Embedded Software Engineers implement command, control, and application logic enabling hardware platforms to solve mission problems. They have experience designing and implementing protocol processing algorithms. They are skilled with integration and test and collaborate with a team to build a product. |
DIGITAL SIGNAL PROCESSING (DSP) ENGINEER |

Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Engineers provide system level design and detailed implementation of signal processing essential to modern communication standards. They utilize tools such as MATLAB®, Python and other software tool sets to prototype signal processing algorithms, and participate in system design and testing through product delivery. |
